How to buy?

How quickly will I receive my order?
It depends on the selected shipment. From 3 to 5 business days standard shipping. from 10 to 15 days by Correos de México and from 1 to 2 days by Air Express shipping. You can track your order at any time with your tracking number.
How do I track my order?
In an average of 24 business hours you will receive an email with your tracking number. Just click on Track Order to know exactly where your order is and exactly when it arrives at its destination.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We prepare your order in a maximum average of 12 business hours depending on demand. Within the first 24 hours you will receive an email notifying the shipment of your order.
Do I have to personally receive my order?
If you are not there to receive your order, the courier can leave your product with anyone who can receive it, as long as they are of legal age and duly identified. Otherwise, the courier service will contact you to inform you of the new delivery date. There is a limit of delivery attempts, only two are made. If the product has not been delivered in these two attempts, it is necessary to contact the parcel to reschedule another delivery attempt. If your order is not delivered, it will be canceled with no opportunity to be re-shipped.
