RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your product or you find that your order arrived in poor condition, we make it easy for you to return it. In order to make a return, your order must meet the following conditions:
Return Conditions
The order must be returned within a maximum period of 5 business days after delivery.
It must be in the same condition in which you received it. We suggest you evidence the conditions of your order with any support that you think may justify the cause of your return.
Products must be in their original box or packaging.
If the product or products meet all the above specifications, you can make the return by following the steps below:
Send an email to info @ badboystulum, com with your order details and list the reasons why you require a return. We will confirm if your particular case is eligible for a return and we will detail the steps to follow.
Pack your order in its original box.
We will send you a guide, which you must print and paste on the package. Later you must deliver the package to the corresponding parcel company.
As soon as the package is received in our warehouse and the conditions of your return are confirmed, we can continue with the refund of your order.
REFUNDS
If all the conditions and steps mentioned above are met, Bad Boys Tulum will refund the amount paid. The method used to make the refund depends on the payment originally chosen by the customer:
Credit / debit card online: will be refunded to the same card.
PayPal: will be refunded to the account from which the payment was issued.
Bank transfer: It will be reimbursed by bank transfer to the same account from which the payment was received. We will have to confirm the information in your bank details. If the account indicated by the customer does not match the one that issued the original payment, the refund cannot be processed.
Deposit, OXXO, Cash: will be reimbursed by deposit on account (we will request your CLABE account).
The cost of the product will be reimbursed to the customer, less the costs of the first shipment, which will be covered by the customer. Bad Boys Tulum will cover the return shipping costs.
In the event that the product sent is defective or an incorrect order, Tuluminati will also reimburse the costs of the first shipment. The only condition is that said defects are confirmed by the Bad Boys Tulum team once the product is received in our warehouse.
CHANGES BY SIZE
If you need to make a change by size, it is an essential requirement to cover the shipping guide to replace the product. Likewise, the item or items to be exchanged must meet the following conditions:

EXCEPTIONAL CASES
Changes or partial or total returns of products that are in poor condition for reasons attributable to the customer are not accepted.
No change or refund will be made once the stipulated time of 5 business days after the order is delivered has expired.
